Athlete and true foodie at heart, native San Martian, Maude Herndon earned her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas State University in May of 2017. After discovering that the corporate day to day was not her style, Maude sought out to pursue her own dreams. Using her passions as inspiration, Maude founded her self-named debut endeavor, Maudern Kitchen, in early 2018.
Maudern Kitchen is a family owned, small-town company that provides healthy and delicious meals that fulfill any nutritional need. Maude compiles her nutritional knowledge, her life-long experience in cooking, and her passion for helping people to develop affordable, quality meals, for anyone with special nutritional requests.
She is knowledgeable on current nutritional requirements, dietary trends, and special dietary needs and restrictions. Maude works with client’s from all backgrounds with a wide range or nutritional needs, always providing top quality service, knowledge, and of course, food.
